Return Process

  Securely place the jewelry in its original box and pouch, ensuring all certificates of authenticity are included.

  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to your shipping carton.

  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
